3. Refund Method & Processing Time

In some cases, and with your consent, we may offer store credit instead of a refund.
Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to appear in your account. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
4. Return Shipping Costs

5. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

6. Final Sale & “As-Is” Items
Items marked as “Final Sale” or sold “As-Is” are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.
These conditions will always be clearly stated on the product page or during checkout.
7. Partial Returns & Order Adjustments
If only part of an order is returned, the refund will be issued only for the returned item(s).
Once an order has been shipped, the customer assumes responsibility for the returned package until it is received by RefinedClub, except in cases of store error or defective products.
